Are you eligible?
You may be eligible to enroll in a new Medicare plan if you meet the following criteria:
- You moved within the last 60 days
- And one of the following applies:

You recently moved to Massachusetts from a different state.
OR - You recently moved from a county in Massachusetts that Tufts Medicare Preferred doesn’t serve (Berkshire, Dukes, Franklin and Nantucket Counties) to a county Tufts Medicare Preferred does serve (Barnstable, Bristol, Plymouth, Suffolk, Essex, Worcester, Hampden, Hampshire Counties).
