Finishing strong this AEP
With less than a month left in this year’s AEP, we wanted to take a minute to thank you for everything you have done to help make it a success. It’s because of your hard work that we look forward to a strong finish in the final weeks of AEP. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. We’re here to help you get the information and materials you need to promote our plans to your clients.

With the changes to prescription drug plans as a result of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) your clients may be looking for ways to lower Rx costs.

Ordering e-kits
Make sure to use the broker portal to order enrollment kits. It’s a fast, easy way to get the materials you need.

Note: CMS released Part A and B premium and deductibles on Saturday, November 9th. We are working on updating the Medicare Supplement kits with the updated information and will have them out as quickly as possible.

 

Increased OTC benefit
  • Our Access PPO Plan includes:
    • Increased OTC benefit – a total of $520 a year to spend on OTC items
  • Our Smart Saver Rx HMO plan includes:
    • Increased OTC benefit – a total of $560 a year to spend on OTC items

Three SCO enrollment tips
  • If you are enrolling someone who has a Special Election Period (SEP) please use 2024 enrollment forms
  • If you are enrolling someone who does not have a SEP and will be affective on 1/1/2025 please use 2025 enrollment forms.

Point32Health to Insource Complex Care Management for TMP Members, Ending Contract with Landmark
Point32Health is committed to delivering the highest quality of care, and we continuously evaluate the needs of our membership to improve health outcomes. After a thorough evaluation of the Landmark complex care program, we have made the strategic decision to bring this critical program offering in-house where we believe we can best meet the needs of our Tufts Medicare Preferred members. As a result of this decision, effective Jan. 1, 2025, the care of our most complex members will be insourced to a new complex care management program within Point32Health’s care management department.
