Note: CMS released Part A and B premium and deductibles on Saturday, November 9th. We are working on updating the Medicare Supplement kits with the updated information and will have them out as quickly as possible. |

Point32Health to Insource Complex Care Management for TMP Members, Ending Contract with Landmark | |
Point32Health is committed to delivering the highest quality of care, and we continuously evaluate the needs of our membership to improve health outcomes. After a thorough evaluation of the Landmark complex care program, we have made the strategic decision to bring this critical program offering in-house where we believe we can best meet the needs of our Tufts Medicare Preferred members. As a result of this decision, effective Jan. 1, 2025, the care of our most complex members will be insourced to a new complex care management program within Point32Health’s care management department. | |
