AEP is almost over
We wanted to take a minute to thank you for your hard work in helping to make this AEP a success. We appreciate all that you do and look forward to a strong finish. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

Reasons to sell: Exciting plan benefits your clients want in 2025!

With the changes to prescription drug plans as a result of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) your clients may be looking for ways to lower Rx costs.

  • Our Access PPO plan includes:
    • $0 monthly premium
    • $1,500 of dental coverage with PPO Visa® Flex Advantage spending card – no network
    • [ENHANCED] Increased OTC benefit – a total of $520 a year to spend on OTC items
    • [ENHANCED] Reduced copay for outpatient diagnostic radiology services to $140 per day (OON: 45% coinsurance) – ultrasounds remain at $100 per day
  • Our Smart Saver Rx HMO plan includes:

You can still enroll clients after AEP ends
It's not too late to enroll clients for 1/1/2025 – even after AEP ends. If you have a client whose Medicare Advantage plan is terminating its contract with CMS as of 12/31/2024, Tufts Health Plan is here for you. Take advantage of a Special Election Period (SEP) to continue to enroll clients who may have missed the 12/7 deadline, into a Tufts Health Plan Medicare Advantage plan.

Clients whose plans have been terminated have an SEP that allows them to switch to a different Medicare Advantage plan from December 8 to the last day in February, with coverage beginning the first of the following month.

Reminder: Enhanced broker support to manage your Medicare business

Your book of business can be viewed in the broker portal for a simpler, more streamlined experience:

  • You no longer need to call us to access your book of business
