Are You Ready for AEP?

Point32Health Medicare Advantage Options which includes CarePartners of Connecticut (CT), Tufts Medicare Preferred and Senior Care Options (MA) and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care StrideSM (NH) makes it easy to prepare for Medicare’s Annual Election Period (AEP). 

There are three ways you can send your AHIP scores: 

  1. AHIP Certification
    • If you have not taken the AHIP training, login using the link below to complete training and exam. Once complete, you can transmit your scores to Point32Health, by selecting “Tufts Health Plan” regardless of the state (CT, MA, NH) you do business in - Login Here!
    • If you have already taken AHIP (directly through AHIP site) or by using another carrier’s AHIP link, log into AHIP using our link with your existing login credentials and you will see the option to transmit your scores. FYI - This should not prompt you to complete AHIP again. 
    • If you do not use any of the transmission methods above, once complete, send a copy of the Certificate to Medicare Broker Support email at: medicarebrokersupport@point32health.org
  2. Point32Health Medicare 2024 Plan certification 
    • Certification will be conducted virtually, in person or online (Brainshark) for each of our 3 lines of business:
      • Tufts Health Plan Medicare Advantage in Massachusetts 
      • Harvard Pilgrim HealthCare Stride in New Hampshire 
      • CarePartners of Connecticut in Connecticut
    • Each state will have a separate training since plans vary by market. However, NH and MA will have several combined trainings in person and virtual.  You will not be able to do the combined training online.
    • Watch your email for notifications of training dates and times.
    • Select a training to attend, verify the date, time and method then register.
    • Training in person or virtually provides the opportunity to meet with a Medicare Broker Relationship Manager. You can ask questions or listen to others who have questions.
    • Complete the training and test with a successful score of 85%
  3. Your Active Insurance License
    • Check to make sure your state insurance license is current.
    • If your license is due for renewal after June 2024, please renew it and notify Medicare Broker Support.

Are you ready to sell?
Once we receive your AHIP, product certification(s) and verify your license is up to date:

  • In MA/CT your Ready to Sell (RTS) status will be updated in the Broker portal.
  • In NH you will receive an email from us confirming your RTS status.
